As part of our process we inevitably create an amount of scrap, through setup, production waste and reject material. To minimise both the impact on our environment through landfill or transportation to off site recycling we are committed to recycling our own waste in house.

We have installed and commissioned our own in house recycling plant which enables us to reprocess both our own waste LDPE and LLDPE. This process melts down any waste polythene and re-extrudes the material back down to a viscous liquid. This material is filtered and forced through a die into around 20 strands of material. This clean and filtered material is then pelletised and dried which can then be blended into virgin material to produce a range of films, bags and sacks for use in applications where food contact does not take place.
